measures, and help for victims. This report is available

The Federal Trade Commission can provide victims of Identity
Theft with other information to help resolve many of the
problems associated with Identity Theft. Their web site

Many identity thefts begin with stolen mail due to the
wealth of personal information contained in bank statements,
credit card statements, tax information, etc. Identity Thieves
also submit change of address forms to have your mail diverted
to another address. If this has happened to you, it should
be reported to the Postal Inspectors. You may contact the
