On October 24, Harris County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of a possible drunk driver in the 5200 block of Barker Cypress. The caller had observed a car driving into oncoming traffic. Deputies located the vehicle and stopped it. The driver, 34-year-old Rodolfo Rodriguez of Katy was unable to successfully complete a field sobriety test. He was taken to the Clay Road Substation where he voluntarily submitted a breath sample which tested over twice the legal limit. Rodriguez was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and taken to the Harris County Jail where he remains in lieu of a $500 bond. Case #156628
