On this date, Harris County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Malkowsky stopped the driver of a Chevy Lumina on Sheldon Road for driving without wearing a seatbelt. During the stop, the deputy noticed that the driver seemed nervous. When the driver, 36-year-old Damon Johnson, was asked if he had any weapons or illegal narcotics in his possession, he informed the deputy that he had a “sack of weed”. Mr. Johnson was charged with possession of marijuana.
