Deputies responded to a call about a theft in progress at a vacant townhouse in the 12200 block of Wild Pine. Upon arrival, deputies could hear a loud noise coming from within the home. Deputy Adame and Deputy Mueller entered the townhouse with their weapons drawn and found 38-year-old Terrance Williams stripping copper wiring from the unit. Williams was taken into custody. A pile of copper wiring was found stacked near the front door. Mr. Williams was arrested and charged with theft. He is being held in the Harris County Jail on a $15,000 bond. His next court date is set for November 12.
